CAP Committee to Promote External Award Nominations
A committee of CAP Past Presidents, to be chaired each year by the penultimate Past President, has been established to identify opportunities to nominate CAP members for major national and international awards and prizes and to facilitate and assist with such nominations where possible.
A list of awards and prizes of potential interest to CAP members can be seen here.
The committee also intends to enhance the recognition, within the association, of members who have been recipients of such distinctions. To this end, the committee would welcome
- suggestions of major awards and prizes that could be listed at the site; and
- information about CAP members who have been recent recipients of major distinctions.
The committee would also like to hear about upcoming nominations to which its members might be able to lend their support or assistance.
