COMP/DMBP YOUNG INVESTIGATORS' SYMPOSIUM

Each year, the Canadian Organisation of Medical Physicists and the Division of Medical and Biological Physics hold Young Investigators competition during their annual meetings. This year, the YIS will be a joint competition opened to students from COMP and DMBP. Eligibility Requirements (COMP and DMBP Students). Click here for entry form.

CAP BEST GRADUATE STUDENT PRESENTATION (oral competition)

The Canadian Association of Physicists has established these awards to recognize graduate student members giving the best research paper presentations at the annual CAP Congress. Up to three awards, each consisting of a certificate of recognition and a prize of $300, will be made each year.

DTP BEST STUDENT PRESENTATION (oral competition) - NEW

In an effort to increase the participation of theoretical physics students at the CAP Congress, and to increase the visibility of the Division of Theoretical Physics, we would like to hold a competition for best DTP student presentation at the annual congress this June in Winnipeg. The deadline for applications is March 15th, 2004.
