Registration categories and fees

The registration fee includes refreshments at several social events and coffee breaks for the duration of the conference. The Thursday night banquet is not included in the registration fee; however, you can purchase tickets when you register.  

The fees listed below are in Canadian dollars.  The 5% GST must be added to these fees.
