Exhibit booths are available for a fee of only $1000 (plus HST at 13%) each.
 

Exhibit booths will be in the Atrium of the Inco Innovation Centre (IIC) - a central location for the entire Congress - where exhibitors will have ample opportunities to be seen by and interact with the participants of the Congress, anticipated to be at least 400. Access to the main plenary lecture space for the Congress is off of the IIC Atrium and the Atrium will also be the location for registration and refreshments.

In addition, we will ensure that your organization gets high visibility on the Congress website, in meeting announcements, and in the meeting program. Set up will be in the morning on Tuesday, June 14th (between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) and the exhibit will end at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16th. As an Exhibitor, you are entitled to:

• Attend the Monday evening (June 13) Herzberg Lecture and Reception
• Attend all workshops and poster sessions
• Attend the Thursday evening (June 16) banquet – 1 ticket provided; additional are sold separately, OR 1 ticket to the Monday evening (June 13) welcome BBQ.
