General Fusion was initially made aware of Dr. Vogt’s concerns in April, 2009.  We have attempted to engage in a constructive discussion on his concerns regarding the science underlying our technology, and even proposed a moderated technical review.  Dr. Vogt declined to participate and has been inexplicably adversarial in our communications.

For the benefit of the readers, General Fusion appreciates the opportunity to provide information on its magnetized target fusion (MTF) project.  For those interested, further information on the engineering and science underlying our efforts is available on our website at www.generalfusion.com.    ...
