Dr. Carsten Krauss

carsten [at] ualberta [dot] ca Carsten B. Krauss is an Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta. He received his PhD from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, in 2002, in the field of experimental high energy physics. His research interests are direct dark matter detection and neutrino physics. He is a member of the SNO, SNO+ and PICASSO collaborations all of which are or were operating at SNOLAB, Canada’s underground laboratory in Sudbury, Ontario. Dr. Krauss has been a member of CAP since 2007 and has been a member of the German Physical Society (DPG) since 2000.
