Christian Lupien is an Assistant Professor in the Physics Department at Université de Sherbrooke, He obtained a Ph.D. in 2001 from the University of Toronto. His research interests include studies of strongly correlated electron systems such as high temperature superconductors using scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy. He supervises graduate students with research support from NSERC and FQRNT. Dr.Lupien has been a member of CAP since 1998 and served a term as Regional Councillor for Quebec South-East from 2008-2010.
