Registering for CAP'10 is a straightforward process that should take no more than 5-10 mins. Before you begin you may want to review the Housing information as you will be asked whether you have booked accommodation as part of the registration process.  You are responsible for booking your own accommodations.  Block bookings have been arranged with a number of hotels and with on-campus accommodation; however, the block will be released in early May and so you should book early to guarantee a room.

Credit-card information will be requested in the final step, as full payment is due with the registration via Paypal (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express are accepted).  For those who wish to pay by commercial or certified cheques, you may request an invoice.  Please note, however, that payment must be received by the date indicated in order to finalize your registration.  If payment is not received by the due date, your registration will be cancelled (including reserved banquet tickets) and you will have to re-register online or on site.  It is recommended, therefore, that you pay by credit card at the time of registration to avoid registration problems. 

Book early!

• Registration fees - If you register on or before April 30, 2010, you will receive a reduction in the registration fee (see the schedule of fees).
• Accommodation - If you are planning to stay at any of the conference hotels, the room availability is quite limited and there are booking deadlines, after which the special CAP'10 room rate will no longer apply. Book early, to avoid disappointment and guarantee you will have a place to stay.
• Banquet - Banquet space is limited. Register and reserve your banquet tickets early, they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
