2011 CAP Congress - Memorial University of Newfoundland (St. John's, Newfoundland)
Abstract Submission
*** UPDATE FOR 2011 ***
The CAP will once again be using an Indico (TRIUMF) site for abstract submission and, later, congress scheduling. Congress registration will be handled through the CAP office.
DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: 1 March 2011
Important to note before submitting abstracts
- As the abstract submission system is not linked with the existing CAP membership system, you must create an account on the Indico system before you can submit an abstract for the Congress. If you have previously created an account on TRIUMF's Indico system, there is no need to create a new one.
- If you do not have a TRIUMF Indico account, create one by clicking on this link and completing the form.
You will receive an automated e-mail almost immediately; click on the link in the e-mail and log in to the CAP2011 Indico site and view the abstract submission information.
- Before submitting an abstract, you should read the instructions under "call for abstracts" as well as peruse the "abstract topics". Students should also read the "Best Student Paper Competition" information.
Multiple abstracts may be submitted; however, only one should be submitted for presentation as an oral talk.
TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT - Go to our Abstract Submission site and select "Submit a New Abstract" on the left (under "Call for Abstracts"). NOTE: Abstracts should not exceed 2400 characters (~300 words).
