Congratulations to all those who helped make the 2018 Canadian Congress for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CCUWiP) a great success. The 2018 conference is now over and we’re accepting applications for 2019.

Interested in hosting a Canadian Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics?

The CAP is now accepting applications to host the 2019 Canadian Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CCUWiP) organized in partnership with the Canadian Association of Physicists (CAP) and the American Physical Society (APS) (deadline 2018 January 29).  The three-day conference will be held Friday, January 18 through Sunday afternoon, January 20, 2019.

The annual CCUWiP is a national conference for undergraduate students studying physics or related majors. The CCUWiP’s goal is to encourage undergraduate women to pursue their physics education by providing them with the opportunity to experience a professional conference, gather information about graduate school and professions in physics, and to network with other women in physics of all ages with whom they can share experiences, advice, and ideas.
