2022 CAP Congress – June 5-10, 2022

Registration for in-person attendance for members and non-members alike is available through https://crm.cap.ca.   Early registration rates have now ended; regular registration rates apply.  See detailed registration instructions below.  NOTE:  Register by EOB on Thursday May 19th in order to guarantee inclusion in events that involve the provision of food (e.g. the Monday Welcome BBQ).  During the afternoon of May 19th, we will be setting maximum participation numbers for those events and, once reached, no further sign-ups for those events will be possible. Those with food allergies/dietary restrictions are heavily encouraged to register ASAP. 

Registration for those who wish to access the “real-time” streaming of the Congress talks is now available!  The link will be accessible using the same instructions as for the in-person registration explained below. Choose the “Register for the 2022 CAP Congress (access real-time live-streaming)” option.

On-Campus accommodations – Please visit http://register.mcmaster.ca and, once you have created a guest account and selected general registration, enter code “CAPOAPT2022” to view available rooms. Select the type of room or residence you are interested in to see/book an available room.

The 2022 CAP Congress is fast approaching!

    (with some pre-congress activities on Sunday, June 5)

Location: McMaster University, Hamilton, ON

Format: Presenters should plan to present in person; all oral presentations will be streamed via Zoom. 

Call for Abstracts — Post-Deadline abstracts being accepted:
The Abstract submission system is still open for invited speaker abstracts and post-deadline poster submissions until May 24.

Congress Timetable is now posted.  Anyone who submitted an abstract for consideration can quickly find their scheduled contribution by logging in to the 2022 Congress abstract and programming system and selecting the “My contributions” option in the left menu.  All others can access the Timetable and List of Speakers to see the full program.

The Log in window (with Forgot your password help if needed) can be used by:

  • Members
  • Non-members who already have an account in the CAP system (from a previous Congress registration or an award nomination)

Non-members who have not yet created an account in the CAP system can use the “Non-member account creation” link under the log in window to create an account and access the registration link for the 2022 Congress.

Accommodations and Travel Information

The deadline for group bookings at our partner hotels is May 5th. There are a limited number of rooms available at Homewood Suites until Friday May 13th.
