The Expression of Interest (EOI) is requested by 23h59, November 25th, 2022. EOI’s will not be used during the application review process, institutions must submit a complete bid package by 23h59, December 16th, 2022 (tentative).

CUPC Expression of Interest For 2023

Please use this form to let us know, by November 25, 2023, that you are interested in bidding on the 2023 CUPC, to be held in late October 2023. Upon submission, a bid guide will be sent to the contact email provided. The full bid package must be submitted to the CAP office (programs@cap.ca) by 5 pm EDT, December 16th.

The CAP recommends that at least two undergraduate students from any institution interested in hosting the 2023 conference have attended a CUPC previously or have previous experience in organizing a conference. Please describe your experience below.*
