PARKING PASS (pre-purchase no later than noon EDT on Thursday, May 26th, or purchase on-site from conference services)
Parking passes are available for purchase for a reduced rate of $12 (including HST) per day for parking in any lot on campus (excluding reserved spots).
Once booked, your card will either be included with your on-campus accommodation package (if staying on campus), or with your Congress registration package (for those not staying on campus).
DELEGATES USING PRE-PURCHASED PARKING PASSES
With your guest parking permit, you are permitted to park in any McMaster Visitor parking lot (lots A,B,C,D,E,G,H,I,MP,O, Wilson Underground & Stadium Underground). The Wilson underground will be the closest parking to the main congress site inside the MDCL building, but lots A and B are also only a few steps away. Click here for a link to the McMaster parking map. REMEMBER TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO ENSURE PROPER USE OF YOUR PASS and avoid any additional daily parking charge (non-refundable).
Your pre-purchased parking pass will be included in your registration package.
DELEGATES WITHOUT A PRE-PURCHASED PARKING PASS
Delegates are welcome to park at any visitor’s parking lot listed above and pay the regular McMaster parking fees. If you have not already purchased a parking pass to benefit from the $12/day parking rate, you can purchase one on-site from conference services (Commons Building, main entrance — building #28 on the Campus Map).
You do NOT need to use your card to enter the parking lot on the first day of your attendance at Congress; however, you will need to use your card when you exit the lot to activate it. Once activated, you MUST use your activated pass each time you enter the lot. If you forget to use your card when entering the lot after you have activated the pass, you will not be able to use your card to exit the lot; you will have to pay a daily non-refundable parking fee.
