HOW TO REGISTER
After reviewing our important pre-registration tips, choose the appropriate registration link from the table below (please read description carefully).

|Access the system by logging in at https://crm.cap.ca. The registration link will appear under the “Your Event(s)” tab.||If you have conducted business with the CAP in the past (e.g. registered for a CAP Congress, been invoiced for CAP services, etc.), your profile still exists in our system. To avoid duplicate profile entries in our system, please register by logging in at https://crm.cap.ca. Select the “Forgot your password” link, if needed.
