CAP makes submission to the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance for 2018 federal budget

Each year, on behalf of the Canadian physics community, the CAP Board presents our recommendations for science funding priorities for the upcoming fiscal year to the federal government.

This is accomplished by responding to the government’s call for pre-budget planning submissions in the summer.  The CAP’s recommendations are drafted by the CAP’s Director of Science Policy, who in turn works with the Science Policy Committee to arrive at our final set of recommendations.
